Dental Benefits

Your dental plan covers non-work-related dental care, with reimbursement based on the provincial dental fee guide.

• Basic Services (100% coverage): This includes exams (once every 6 months), full-mouth x-rays (once every 36 months), fillings, and fluoride treatments.

• Major Services (80% coverage): This includes dentures, bridges, and crowns.

• Orthodontics (50% coverage): This is for eligible dependent children under 19.

  • There is a lifetime maximum for orthodontics, which is $1,200 as of July 1, 2023, and increases to $1,250 on January 1, 2026.

Annual Maximum for Dental Services:

• The maximum for all combined services per person per calendar year is:

  • $1,300 as of July 1, 2023.

  • $1,350 as of January 1, 2026.
